The following terms and conditions apply to all events that the client (hereinafter referred to as "you") submits on the ENKA Online Event website owned by ENKA Schools (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us").

By using events.enka.k12.tr and/or confirming an event through this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms before confirming your event.

Only ENKA Schools parents whose e-mail address is registered on the ENKA Events Online Event website can make a selection.

The fact that an event is available for sale on events.enka.k12.tr at any time does not mean that it will always be available. We reserve the right to remove any event from the portal at any time.

We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. Therefore, the Terms applicable to your order shall be the Terms as stated on events.enka.k12.tr at the time you place your order.

By logging in or using the site; (i) not to publish, transmit, share, upload or promote any communication or content that may damage or adversely affect our business or products, (ii) not to restrict any other user's use of events.enka.k12.tr. tr site, (ii) not to take any action or use any device for such purpose that is intended to restrict, hinder, hinder or prevent any other user from using the estore.enka.k12.tr site or to jeopardise the security of the site, or (iii) not to use any engine to redirect, navigate or search the site or to copy content from the site, software, tools, agents or scripts, or any other devices or mechanisms for this purpose (including, but not limited to, spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents), or attempt to use, or use a device for such a purpose. We reserve the right to immediately block access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any of the other terms and conditions set forth herein.
